STS9 Winter Tour Ticket Refund Details

Full refunds will be given to any ticket purchase for the recently canceled shows. Everyone will have the cost of their tickets & service charges refunded starting immediately. Please read through the scenario’s below to find information about your refund. If you have any further questions, please contact info@sts9.com.


If you bought tickets through STS9Store.com:
The processes to refund has already begun. Funds will be issued directly back to the credit card used to purchase the tickets. With numerous ticket orders, this will take a few days. Within the next week, you will receive an email from STS9 stating that your refund has been processed. From then, please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear back in your account. If you paid for shipping, that charge will also be refunded.

Also.. if you added a Live Show Download for $5 to your order, STS9 welcomes you to substitute a download of any album or show from 1320records.com. Please contact info@sts9.com with your download of choice(s) and you will be set up immediately.


If you bought tickets through Ticketmaster: your card will be refunded automatically.

If you bought tickets directly from the venue: please contact the box office directly for refund information.
